In my previous article described how a symbiotic relationship or a mutual benefit between one agency to another or between different organizations and a crowd of people. In this context, we talk about the friendly relations between our body and many microbes that live in us. Indeed, there are a hundred thousand million microbes per gram of feces! In health these microscopic inhabitants are kept in a state of equilibrium. If this balance is lost, for whatever reason, a micro-organism will grow at the expense of others. Diplomatic relations between the host and the organism is less successful than in the past. We call this the state of dysbiosis. In addition, if the microbe grows only be able to ferment, it can give rise to complaints. Some bacteria and yeasts fall into this category. They live from the fermentation of sugar in our diet. In other words, they began to work “eating” sugar and alcohol produced as a byproduct.
Some fermentation takes place in all of us, and there is usually no problem. But if the population is too large fermentation is the fermentation process – the frenzy, so to speak – also increased dramatically. We now have a situation where alcohol and other fermentation products, such as gas and toxic substances are released into the intestine. Alcohol and toxins are then absorbed into the bloodstream, where they cause great misery. In the extreme (and rare) cases, patients are aware that one with the consumption of foods rich in carbohydrates means that they can get drunk on sugar drunk!
